We achieve cleanroom quality in accordance with ISO Class 7 (idelling & in operation) corresponds to the cleanroom conditions of the 10,000 class.

In addition to injection moulding production and packaging of polymer products in the cleanroom, assemblies can also be assembled there on request. Production, packaging and assembly are carried out by specially trained and qualified staff.

Safety through validation

The result of our validation process for the production of your products in the cleanroom is written proof that the manufacture of your injection moulded articles is permanently ensured within the defined framework conditions. Validation is of course also possible for production outside the cleanroom.
